Our Beloved Swami
OM SAI RAM!!!!

This is a sacred space within which you can share your triumphs and trials and gain the understanding and support of fellow sincere practitioners of the sadhana plan, our gift from Swami. In turn, our plea is that you treat the experiences you find here with the same reverence you would expect others to treat yours. This site does not replace face-to-face sathsangs, sadhana group meetings and study circles but complements them, enabling you to make and view contributions as often as you like. As such, it is a home you can return to anytime.

Indeed, we hope this site serves even higher needs. Your thought energy flows through your fingers into the keyboard as mechanical energy, is carried as electro-magnetic energy through cables and the ether to touch a soul, remote from you. Think of the impact on that soul if you infuse divine love energy into your thoughts – you may be the first to do it! Can we share a little more love with each other through this medium? Can we open the embrace of divine love across this wide, beautiful land and beyond? Let our divine love spill over the sandbags of our own desires and comfort zones to take in more and more beings.

SADHANA PLAN


Why are we doing this? What's it for? How do we make it sustainable? etc.etc. I'm sure you've all got many questions....

FEEDBACK FROM SWAMI (MAY 2007): 'Dr. Reddy spent a good 40 mins. talking to Swami about all WYC-related matters... When Swami was looking at the layout design, Dr. Reddy explained to Swami about the theme of the Exhibition, and the Sadhana Program kiosks represented by all zones. At the end of all WYC-related discussions, Swami asked twice, "Are the youth practicing the sadhana program?"

We have much to learn from His comment. In fact, the true purpose of the Exhibition is to showcase how youth are practicing His teachings. And recently, zones have shared that they haven't received youth experiences/contributions from zones. And I believe this is very reflective of Swami's comment! I will certainly bring this up to the zones this weekend, and let us use this direct guidance from Swami as our motivation to step up and truly offer our efforts to Him! And as the sub-committee, let us assist zones in turning this into a reality! This will be our greatest sadhana offering to Sai:) If you have any questions, or suggestions, please let me know!' We need this information by Sunday 3rd June to start organising for accommodation and transport and also for preparation of the program for the WYC and post WYC. Why is this important to you... ? Simple - If you are not registered on this web site then your name will not be accounted for for accommodation and transport. We are also trying to include as many Australian youth as possible in various tasks for the WYC and post WYC.
